ALOE lotion several times a day will clear them right up...
My daughter walked on her knees a lot before she started walking.. oh her poor little knees.. I was going to get knee pads but didn't know about them until she was almost walking properly..
Does anyone know how to get her knees back into good shape.. the actual shape is fine, the skin is just a bit roughened up and darker than the rest of her legs, is there any great cream out there to soften and smooth thm back to normal..quickly..I've used the greasy cocoa butter as this is highly moisturising but not working to my satisfaction.. I've heard about UDDER CREAM.. maybe this is good, anyone got a recommendation?
Thanx Kimmy
Ooh thanx everyone for your recommendations.. I do actually have lansinoh cream so I'll start off with that n get some of the others if need be.
Thanx again ;-)

Renew is an awesome lotion that would be able to help you and it is non-greasy. It has been clinically shown to work faster and better than the leading dermatologiest -recommended lotion. I love my Renew and it has really helped my dry skin problems.
The rough skin will go away on its own; it's just the same kind of natural thickening that will form on the soles of her feet if she goes barefoot much. We're just not used to seeing it on the skin. Any softener will probably be effective, but I'd want to read the ingredient list and keep it as short and natural as possible, because skin is a chemical sponge. Lansinoh is good – ultra purified lanolin, and safe enough to use on sore nipples during breastfeeding.
Try Cerave moisturizing cream--get the cream not the lotion. It can be bought at any drug store. It is very thick and hard to wash off. If that doesn't work see if your pedi will give you a script for Urea-my husband is a mechanic and they gave him that for his knees---works!
Hi Kinberley,
I agree with Jb B. Renew lotion is gentle enough for infants (I recommend it as a diaper cream) but is very aggressive in healing. I've seen it completely heal dry cracked feet on middle aged women, lol, within a couple of days.
I have the documentation of the clinical studies that have been done if you'd like to see them. Let me know.

If they are really rough, I'd use the pumice stone on them. Not super hard. Do it in the bath tub and then follow up with the cream afterwards.
