I am looking for a really cute jean jacket or casual jacket for my 2 1/2 yr old. I've looked at all the major children store web sights and have not found what I want yet. If anyone knows of some really great boutiques or other stores that may not put their items on the internet please let me know.

Yes, Old Navy has some cute casual jackets. My mom just bought my 3 yr old son an olive green curdoroy jacket with wool lining.
Kid to Kid is a great resale store - their clothes are in great condition and familiar brands. I saw a really cute Gap Pea Coat in there the other week, and they have tons of styles - they are in Allen off McDermott, Garland off Hwy 78, Plano off of Midway/Parker and McKinney (not sure of their location).
We got a precious chocolate brown cordarory (I can't spell that!) jacket at Macy's! You should check there!
Did you try "Chocolate Soup" on Preston and Royal? I believe it's on the Southwest corner. I always find cute coats there and there prices are great!! Good Luck!!
