If he isn't walking yet, he just isn't ready. He is able to pull up and cruise, so developmentally he is on target. Just relax and wait! It will happen soon enough. :-)
Also, make sure to avoid hard soled shoes, or even shoes at all (unless the dr requires them due to a medical condition) until he really gets the hang of walking. You can buy shoes like See Kai Run, PediPeds, Robeez, or the knockoffs at Target if you *really* want him to have something on his feet. Toddlers learn to walk better when they can actually feel the ground, hard soled shoes just hinder the learning process.
I work in a child care center with kids ages 6 weeks to 24 months, and lots of times kids don't walk till 16 months or so (which is actually better for the development of their ligaments and tendons) and they are literally NOT walking one day, and then the next they just stand up in the middle of the room and go!
