Tingling in Feet

For the last 2 weeks I've been waking up in the morning with tingling in both of my feet. It usually went away after a few minutes, but over the weekend it has been off and on all day. Any ideas what this is, I've never experienced this before!? I'm otherwise a very healthy, fit, 28 year old!

What can I do next?

You could be sleeping wrong and it's pinching a nerve. You may also have or are starting to develop restless leg syndrome. If I were you, I would get into see a doctor and get a full check up. Have them check your back, legs, heart, blood pressure, ect. Better safe then sorry.

Have your thyroid checked. I was a very healthy 28 year old too...and I was diagnosed with severe hyperthyroidism. The tingling in my feet and fingertips was crazy!!!

I was surprised when a thin, fit, active woman got Diabetes. I also got a pinched nerve from exercising and then laying on it wrong.

Definitely talk to your doc. He may be able to send you for an EMG, which I have had done and is not bad at all! There are some OTC herbal remedies you can try to, although I can't think of them off the top of my head!
