Has anyone every heard of a place where you can place as many items in a bag and then just pay for what is in the bag. Is it a Goodwill or what ?

I don't know about on a regular basis, but I just heard that Once Upon a Child is having an event this weekend where everything in the bag is a total of $10. Here's the address...I don't know if they have a website:
