Get a better haircut, frame the face in the just right way, get a color that works well with you skin, keep exercising, drink tons of water, Pretty much is what I did. I look AMAZING now! But now to keep losing the baby fat. Good luck!
Anyone know the best way to lose weight in your face? Is that even possible? Not even sure if thats what I need to do. I was looking through old pictures and noticed that my face was much thinner before I was pregant and the day I delieved....HUGE! (you all know what I'm talking about :) ) Well, it's been two years, still have about ten pounds to lose, but I am really still having issues with the way my face is shaped now. It's much rounder. My hair doesn't look as good and it's just annoying to me. I'm what some people call skinny fat....I'm 5'4, weigh about 120-130 pounds, but still have the preggo belly, love handles, etc. I honestly have not really worked out much in the last two years. I start something, get busy/sore and just stop. So I'm thinking if I actually stick with something, it may help me tone up and shed some inches. Will this help my face? Thanks :)

join weight watchers and start taking daily walks with your baby... it'll help.
there's no magic to it, unfortunately- unless you can afford plastic surgery.
when you lose fat you'll lose fat all over. your face *should* slim down.
best wishes!
hi i was born with a naturally round face and i used to hate it and now i find it makes me look so much younger than my age but i noticed that running makes it not as round for some reason, running seems to trim me and tighten me all around so you may want to give it a try.
For awhile, my face seemed rounder and kind of swollen even tho the rest of me was the same, so it wasn't water retention. My girlfriend, a nurse, said she thought it might have to do with stress, kind of like Addison's disease. Too much cortisone and adrenal fatigue??? This was during my divorce so it made sense. It eventually went away on its own. That was my face. Unfortunately, after 4 babies, the belly pooch and love handles are here to stay.
I'm 5'4 and about 150 (I miss being 130!) I don't carry it in my face though...it's probably cause I never stop running my mouth so my face gets a workout. ;)
Seriously though, I don't think you can do anything about it besides dieting. I wish you luck!
I would just work on weight in general and maintaining a healthy and balanced diet and drinking lots of water. I always "lose" in my face first and where I want it last, and everything I've read says that you can't pick and choose, just tone muscle in different areas. I don't know of any face toning exercises though. :(
Yes, if you stick to eating well and exercising regularly you will lose weight ALL OVER! In fact, your face might be the first place you start noticing weight loss! It's happened to me! Good luck:)
You can't spot reduce, but you can improve your eating habits which will help. Sticking with something, anything will help. If you don't want to be 'skinny fat' you need to do resistance training, which can be lifting weights, using weight machines, or doing body weight exercises.
Drinking tons of water helps. You pee out the extra fluid. With me it seems to thin my face :)
Would love to know the answer to this as well...hate to scare you but wait until gravity comes into the mix! I am one step away from one of those lifestyle lifts or something to stop the jowls from happening!
