There are a lot of places to host a child's birthday party outside of the home. My daughter's have attended pool parties at the community center, pottery parties, glass fusing, Sweet and Sassy (they do hair, makeup and nails), gymnastic parties, dance parties, inside gym parties (Bounce U), rock climbing, etc... I think if you want to have your own facility you will have to come up with something very unique to attract alot of people because your overhead would be extremely high. I personally would not pay anything to just rent a room especially if I am responsible for the decorations, food etc. I have paid to go to a place like Chuck E. Cheese where pizza, drinks and cake are included. I don't think I would ever pay more than $25 per child. If I did want a facility I would probably just go to a banquet hall. Sorry to be such a downer. Perhaps I am just not your target audience. Didn't the guy who started Fed Ex get a "C" on his paper outlining the Fed Ex business model? Best of luck to you!
