Anyone see the previews of the movie "The Vow"? It stars Rachel McAdams and Channing Tatum.

I heard it was a true story with a hollywood twist. The couple write a book about their true story, I think it too is called "The Vow: The Carpenters Story: or something like that.
I would love to see it in the theatres, but not sure if I am going to have to wait for the DVD.

I just did, it looked very romantic.
Hopefully my husband hasn't and I can make him pay for it before he realize is a girly movie, lol.

It is a true story, the couple is local to my area. So I'll probably watch it just to see how close it is to them telling the story to our local paper. And 'blech' seems awful rude, this couple went through a lot.
I was actually wondering whose story it was. I have a friend of a friend in Farmington, NM that it sounds like it was written by them! It does sound like a great movie. If I find it's actually my friend's life I will definitely see it... and if it is based on their lives it will be an amazing movie.
