Hi Mamas,

I am searching for the perfect 1st birthday outfit for my baby girl. I know there must be some shoppers out there that know where to go ...either in person or online! I want something beautiful, girlie, yet not too dressy...I just want to look back at her First Birthday photos and remember how precious she was at this age....of course she is precious naked to me!, but I don't think thats the best idea for her party.

What can I do next?

Try Chocolate Soup on the SE corner of Preston and Royal. They are fabulous!

Try www.achildscloset.com

They have tons of cute designer stuff, but cheaper than you would pay at a boutique.

I get my little girl's outfit at "Animal Cracker" in Plano every year. It's a little bit pricey but so worth it. Everybody comments on how great her birthday outfit is every year. Good Luck!!

A friend bought my little girl (who is really not "girlie" at all) a pink tutu from Babystyle. It has flower petals in it and on the back there is big flower with ribbons. We put pink soft pants underneath and a little white tank top with it. It was great for the party atmosphere, girlie enough, and very cute. She was able to take off the tutu and be comfortable to play when all the important must have photos were done.

Go to http://www.babystyle.com and put "tutu" in the search if you want to check it out.

Good luck!
