We have the Baby Jogger City Mini Double and LOVE it! My boys are 22 months and 6 months. Surprisingly it fits through all standard doors (just barely, though) and it steers as well as the Bugaboo we had with our first-born. Tires are oversized by aren't inflatable, which keeps maintenance down -- no pumps, flats, etc. The double is super lightweight and collapses easier than our basic umbrella stroller. The sun shades are large and have some cool features so you can keep an eye on the kids and/or let light in/keep it out. You can recline the seats individually, too, and are not limited to 3 different positions (like you are with the Bugaboo, if you're familiar with that stroller).
I'd highly encourage you to check it out. And, if you test drive it and like it, check CraigsLits; we got a barely used one for $250, and the seller included the rain cover and mommy console. It was a steal, but would've been worth it even if we paid full price. Good luck! And, congrats on the new baby. :)
