so i went outside to take out the trash this morning and my neghbours were outside fighting again........ they are always fighting weve called the cops on them so many times its rediculos rly........ they were beating eachother with lawn chairs at 7 iin the dam morning for cryng out loud!!!!!!! so what can id o i mean ive called the cops litrally dozens of times but nothing happens!!!! is there anything i can do??? we live in a traler park but the landlord doesnt do anything rly. its a nice one but these neghbours are so desruptive!!!!!!!
also some folks been askin about my cancer and i got surgery scheduled finaly got the aproval from the county hospital the treatment is based on my income so im excited that its gonna be delt with soon!!!!!!!
Just walk out there with a video camera or phone and start to tape them. If they say something, tell them you are going to post it on Youtube with their address since they seem to want everyone to know their business. lol Good luck! =)
Couple of things, Dandy. I think your landlord may be contractually bound to deal with disruptive neighbors. Check your lease, because when I lived in apartments, it was a standard thing. If the landlord doesn't deal with it, then you actually have a claim against HIM.
Keep documenting, keep calling the cops. Record video if you have to. It might take time, but if you stay on top of it, the neighbors will get the hint that they can't do this kind of thing. Maybe get together with the other neighbors and have them join your effort.

That's great about scheduling the surgery for the cancer. Congratulations.
When it comes to the fighting neighbors, the last thing they're worried about is disrupting everyone else. They're abusing each other, after all. Keep calling the police every time it happens so that when one or the other gets sick enough of it, they can file charges and have the charges stick. Plus the more you call the worse it looks for the landlord.

Depends on whether you lease the lots the trailers sit on. Most trailer parks the slips are privately owned so only the owner of their slip can evict them. Not really sure if domestic violence is a breach of the lease.
The person being assaulted must press charges and it doesn't sound like they are doing that.

I am not sure about the neighbor issue. Are their other neighbors that can stand with you in this situation. Sometimes if you have a petition signed by a group of people, that has more weight then one voice. Maybe the cops/landlord would take things more seriously. I dont' know. Hope it stops soon though. I had a neighbor in RI who's teen was always outside fighting with his girlfriend. It was ridiculous. Once she threw her luggage at him, and he threw it back at her. It went on for awhile. My husband finally had enough and went outside. That was all it took. Well, that and he knows probably everyone over at Warwick PD. haha..

We had neighbors like that too. Really guys? If you don't like each other, stay away from one another! Heck, I learned that in kindergarten.
