O.O.
Sounds like a busy mom! I'd love the mani-pedi...would she?
Or is she practical? If so she may prefer a grocery/gas gift card (appropriate for the gas & food she provided).
A friend picked up my girls from camp for 4 weeks 2 times a week and fed them lunch, etc and watched them for 45 min - an hour each time. I want to get her a nice thank you. Ideas I had were - bottle of wine, mani/pedi gift certificate, or a basket with some of her favorite foods. Which do you think is best? WWYD?
Thanks!

I think a gift basket with a few of her favorite items would be perfect. So all of the things you listed.
All of the above. A gift basket with wine, favorite foods, and a gift certificate to something lovely.
What a wonderful friend!
If it were me, mani/pedi for sure!
If I were her I'd love for you to offer to watch my kids for a date night with hubby. I wouldn't want gift certificate or mani/pedi unless you offered to watch my kids for that too! 4 weeks two times a week? I would like a kid break.
But, any gesture is appreciated. I tend to be the person who helps everyone out-and it's rarely reciprocated.
Of your choices the basket with her favorite foods sounds best-because it shows that you put thought into it.
What about one of those paint nights? Where you both go for a girls night, eat dinner and learn to paint a picture. All of my friends seem to be enjoying those...
Does she like/drink wine? Would she have a mani/pedi? If so, a combination of all three of your ideas would be great. If you're not sure, I would suggest a gift card to her favorite restaurant with an offer of child care included.
does she like to shop? we have a really nice mall in troy, mi and they offer gift cards that can be purchased from the concierge. maybe a small gift card and take her to lunch one day. also, amazon has really convenient buy and print, or buy and email, gift cards. it might seem too impersonal but if you pair it with a coffee or cocktail date, i know i'd like it. so wonderful you're being so thoughtful.
nail salon gift card or restaurant gift card.
give her a little something for herself and watch her kids for her sometime.
Offer reciprocated childcare for whatever she wants.
