I was wondering what some of you other moms have given as an end of the year gift to your favorite preschool teachers. My son has two teachers and we think they are great. I want to give them something but not completely sure what. I have thought about a Starbucks gift card, but I did do this at Christmas time. Maybe if there are any mom that are preschool teachers, you could give me some feedback on what you would love to receive!

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I ended up giving the teachers all Target gift cards because they had some cute ones that actually said Thanks Teacher on them. I know that money or gift cards are always useful!
I recently gave our teachers a Kohl's gift card and made a card at Walmart with the class picture on it that basically said "Thanks" This way they have the picture as a memento and the gift card for something they could use or want.
I go to Paper Source and buy $12-$15 worth of nice stationary for each kids' teacher/aide. They have really cute cards. Teachers always have to write a bunch of Thank You notes at the end of the year for all of the presents they receive, so this will come in handy. If money is not a concern, you could also add a booklet of stamps!
I give a box of microwave popcorn and a blockbuster gift card for $10.

My favorite gift card is from Panera or Target. I don't drink coffee, so when I get Starbucks Gift Cards I end up regifting them.

I am a teacher and like others have suggested, go with the gift card! It doesn't matter if they're the same gift card you gave the last time; it's just nice to receive some sort of acknowledgment of their hard and and dedication.
If you cannot give a gift card, consider a handwritten note thanking the teacher for how they have touched your child's life.
Avoid knick-knacks, trinkets, apples, lotions/candles, i.e. junk that will likely end up in a box, unused and collecting dust waiting for a second chance at life at a garage sale.
We as a class gave the preschool teachers Visa gift cards, that way they can spend them wherever they want. We also did a thankful jar as the thing from the kids. Last year we gave them a t-shirt with the kids class picture on it, and the gift card. Those use everywhere gift cards are the best!
