Oh man!! I never had a clot BUT I did get pregnant with my daughter when my son was 6 months old from unprotected sex ONCE!
call your doctor and make an appt. any tyoe of clotting should be looked at.
When I went off BC, I also passed clear clots, so I imagine it is from that.

Sounds like you may be miscarrying. Is there any blood involved? Embryos look clearish before they mature furthur. Talk to your midwife or OB to get a clear picture of what may be happening. Best of luck!
When you see clots, see a doc. May be no big deal or it may be an issue.
The only one who can tell you for sure what it is, is a doctor. If it's unusual for you, check it out.
I liked the response of the person who said it was a mucous plug. I don't think clear discharge would be considered a "clot". A clot implies blood which is probably why the others are worried. It never hurts to call the doctor though or take a home pregnancy test.
