Little Tyler is starting to teeth. I heard of Teething strips, and I am trying to locate some, but is there any other advice?

What can I do next?

HI A.

Highland Teething Tablets are good and also Gentle Natures Drops. My son did OK with the tablets for a while but then they stopped working and I am using the drops which are working a lot better

Good luck

My little guy is teething as well! Aghhhhh, the drool! Stay away from anything that numbs! It could numb the wrong area and your little man could swallow his own tongue. Scary. Freeze some wet washcloths and let him have a nibble on them or rub down his gums with clean fingers. Just let him chew to alleviate the pressure. It's working for us and we haven't had to use any medications. Good luck.

My daughter loved her teething rings (the ones with a little texture / bumps). Don't freeze them though - just put them in the fridge to get them cold. If they're too hard it will hurt more than heal. I gave her frozen minute maid juice pops when she got a little older - that seemed to help too. I think it was more of a distraction than a cure, but I'm all about the distractions!
Hang in there!

my son started teething early. The best thing I found was oragel makes these great Q-tips. You bend them in the middle and it allows you to put the medicine only on the spot that hurt. I hear teeting rigs cold cloths and carrots help. Unfortunatly Mikey did not want to have anything to do with them. Wal Mart carries the Q-tips

i use the gentle natural drops (they work way better then the teething tablets) you only give them every 2 hours. try giving him a clean wash cloth that has been put in the freezer. ewhat my baby liked at that age was i got the baby origel tooth and gum cleaner and would rub her gums with that. dont give him teething rings that are frozen it could cause frost bite. but ones in the frigerator may help! if none of that helps infants motrin is the best for pain. good luck!
