That is most common, but your daughter isn't abnormal! My son got all his teeth in sets of 4. He started teething early, and had all his teeth early.
He is 2 1/2 now, and many toddlers I know of the same age don't have all their 2 year molars. My son has had them for months and months!

I would say for your daughter...this is normal. Usually it does to bottom front 2 followed by top front 2 then by twos outward until they have the front 4. Then they will get molars. After that they will get those pesky eye teeth until they have a full mouth. I have had 2 children now that have gotten molars before they have finished getting all four front ones. Our dentist says that it doesn't matter what order they come in, as long as they are all there. Our, now 4 yr old DD, got 2 on top and bottom and then broke all four molars. Our 15 month old son has teeth on top, 2 on bottom and 3 molars with the fourth coming soon. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Took me a minute to figure out we were talking about a baby. Lol.
What a day!
My DD's came in 2 middle bottom, 2 middle top.
My DS-2 middle bottom and then VAMPIRE FANGS!
Lol.
They were adorable!
Before they were fully in the middles started coming down.
Google it! I did! It's pretty common. :)

My older daughter's teeth came in in completely random order, and usually 1 at a time rather than in pairs! Keep track of when your daughter's teeth come in, because when she loses them, it will be in the same order. Strange, but true!

if that's normal then my son is definantly abnormal lol. he got the 3rd left from middle on the top first (fang looking one?) at 15 weeks, then sprouted the bottom 2, top 4, etc.. he's had 16 teeth since 13 months, and getting his 2 yr molars now for like 1.5 months... so anything's possible!

My daughters teeth came in two and four at a time. All kids are different.

Any order is normal. Front top and bottom four first are the most common. They also usually lose them in the order they came in, but they can lose them in any order as well.

Teeth are individual, they come in when they are ready.

Find a good pediatric dentist so she can go in and meet the dentist when she is old enough. Perhaps they will show you good ways to clean her teeth for her until she's old enough for an actual cleaning at the dentists office. My daughter has already had her 12 month old to ours and he cleaned his teeth and it was so much fun! He didn't even know he was getting anything done, they just played and played. His teeth looked so pretty when they were done.

teeth come as they want. Its normal. My babies all go there bottom 2 first... at about 7 months then the rest would start coming around 11 months. Somtimes the ones next to the front tops would come and sometimes the ones next to the front bottoms came first. All my kids, the eye teeth or canines came last. Everyone says molars hurt the worst? they were a cake walk compared to those eye teeth. MAN my kids were beasts when they came
