Their dips are delicious. Their Spinach & Herb dip mix is amazing. Add dill for OMG GOOD. ;-)
I also tried their gluten free brownies last night and they were really good.
Hi Ladies,
I've been invited to a Tastefully Simply party this Friday. Normally, I ditch these parties but this one is being hosted by family so I have an obligation to go.
So, anyone ever tried this stuff? Is it any good. Anything you love / hate?
Also, I was thinking of buying some of the mixes as office gifts for the ladies. Thoughts? Reccomendations?
Thanks in advance!
Wow - sounds like I will probably buy too much stuff! I always buy, Rhonda. If I don't like the stuff I won't attend.
Thanks for the not-so-low-calorie advice!! But I will definitely buy some dip mixes since football season is coming up!!

I love the beer bread and almond pound cake. My favorite dips are the garlic, garlic and fiesta. I think they have a chicken wild rice soup mix that is really good too.
I have TONS of their products in my house. Basically everything they have is amazing. We are not big on the sauces, but a lot of people are. It always makes for a quick and yummy potluck dish too.
We regularly run out of Bacon Bacon, Spinach & Herb, WaHoo Chili, and Fiesta Dip Mix. We use them in basically everything...su yummy!

They have gift sets that are reasonable as well...a lot under $20 :).

Please do not feel obligated to buy anything. Of course hosts want more people to buy more things, but you do not HAVE to buy anything. I have never been mad at anyone for not buying items and have never felt bad when nothing struck my fancy and I left empty handed.
I love their garlic garlic seasoning!
I have only been to one of these, and I am not usually a fan of home parties, but it was fun - kind of like a little gathering where we were waited on and got to buy some stuff we liked at the end. Not all terribly expensive, and yummy.
Lemon squares mix and cinnamon muffin mix are delicious!!
They have some of the greatest products! Their seasonings (garlic garlic, onion onion, and bacon bacon) we go through like crazy in our house. We also love the wheat beer bread, almond pound cake, and the Oh My Chai tea mix is amazing. I hosted one of these a couple years ago after attending one. I haven't bought anything I haven't liked and I have tried alot!
The Bountiful Beer Bread is very good. I like their Spinach & Herb dip mix.
I've also had a couple soup mixes come in handy on busy nights. It is convenience food stuff so nothing you'd eat every day, but it has all been good.
Good stuff!
Definitely buy with office mates in mind--two birds/O. stone!
Love it! You will find your favorites eventually and be hooked! My favorites...Beer bread, Nana's Apple Cake, the Key lime and Lemon mixes, the very berry smoothies are great for kids and they used to have an awesome buffalo dip but not sure if they have it anymore. They are so great if you entertain and like quick easy ideas. I havent gotten as much into the cooking piece so much but I did buy a kit where you can prepare several meals ahead of time but still sitting on it. Need to carve out time to pull it all together!
I am game for any type party. If you go, please buy something. I hate it when folk attend a party like that and order nothing.
I'm not a fan of parties where you buy stuff but the Tastefully Simple parties have been fun! There's lots of food to try and the products are inexpensive and delicious. They do make great Holiday gifts as well!
I love tastefully simple. Pretty inexpensive, and makes some yummy, super easy dips. :-) I haven't been to a party in years. And I think a mix as a coworker xmas present is a nice gift.
As far as obligation parties go, Tastefully Simple isn't too bad. I just went to one a week ago and they have plenty of decent stuff for pretty good prices. You don't have to break the bank just to try something. Plus you usually get to sample several items while you are there so you'll know if you like it or not. Have fun!
I really like must of their products. But they definitely are not healthy!
The Cinnamon Muffin Melt Mix is awesome, but we also started calling the muffins "fat pellets" after reading the nutrition info!
Their products are all very tasty, but I stopped using them when I went on Weight Watchers and started checking on nutrition. This is not a company that specializes in healthy living.
Love their products! Caramel, salsa, beer bread, soups, spices. Love it all!
Read the labels. The food taste devine but there are a lot of chemicals in their products. I knew that it was not real healthy when I went but thought I might find a few things to pick from. It took me a while but I finally found some pepper jelly. It was incredibly good.

I've enjoyed several of their products. The one we can't live without is the Season Salt. My older son puts it on steak, pork chops and other meats. I really like the strawberry rhubarb spread. It's probably my all time favorite jam. I also like the Giddy Up Guac mix, but it's out of season right now. Bacon, Bacon is pretty good. My husband likes the Mama Mia spaghetti sauce mix--it's got a little kick to it if you like spice. Have fun sampling! One thing you do need to be careful of is that several of the products have a very high sugar content. (Maybe that's why they are yummy?)
Huge fan of their almond pound cake. I use it to make a trifle with strawberrys and blueberrys. We also love the brownie mix.
They have the BEST chai! Love love love their chai...and if I knew someone local I'd totally be loading up on that now that it's getting colder. (Matter of fact, thanks for helping me think of it....I'll look them up online).
They also have a nice bourbon sauce that I use on my chicken.
