I have 3 children, but my sister who just went through this is a great example, she is 20 with her first child, she was having major cramping, and was bloated too, she was so worried, and didnt have a Dr. appt until a month away, i told her as long as she's not spotting everything should be fine, its normal for the body to have cramping, she didnt listen went to the emergency room 2xs in a month, they told her everything was fine, no temp., no spotting, everything is fine. 6 motnhs later her and baby are perfectly healthy :-) You would be amazed at how much the body really does change during pregnancy, even your blood flow is faster, so as long as there isnt any spotting, no tempurature, i wouldnt be to worried, your body is just preparing for child birth, certain parts have to expand, and others move outta the way totally. My advice, listen to your body, you know it better than anyone else, by my 3rd child i walked into the hospital, told the nurses prepare a room, im ready to have this baby(and they laughed)and within the next 20 mins, my 3rd 10lb(yes i said 10lb) baby was born. You are going to hear a million baby stories, and everyone will tell you what they think you should do, and have some crazy home remedy for heartburn, just listen to your body, and educate yourself, and write down everything, its always funny to go back and read some things you write when you're pregnant.....Good Luck, and CONGRATULATIONS!!! Being a Mom is the best gift anyone could have..J.
