Supplements While Breastfeeding??!!!!

If you can get to Capitol Hill easily, I highly recommend Rainbow Natural Remedies on 15th. They have a huge selection, and they're very helpful. I actually can't take an all-in-one supplement due to some food allergies, so I take several different things - the best is Thorne's Cal-Mag Citrate. It's a calcium supplement that comes in powder form, so you can just mix it in with juice - I use it every day (still nursing now!)

I've been happy with Ayush Herbs Multivitamin.

There's a newer brand called "New Chapter". Their dosage is a bit lower than many of the other multivitamins out there, but it's made to be highly absorbant, which is why the doses don't need to be as high. It's also all Organic. Check them out at: http://www.newchapter.com/. I'm pregnant with my 3rd child right now and taking their prenatal. I also used to take "Alive (w/iron)", which is a really good multi as well.

I've been taking MaxGXL and MAX NFuse. Both work very well!
