Party City! we just had a Spiderman party in September ( I even made and decorated a spidey cake!).
We got all of the supplies at Party City. They were very reasonably priced. I think I even saw some stuff at Target!
Good Luck!
Looking for SuperHero Squad or Spiderman & Friends birthday party supplies...I have exhausted my search online -- the only thing I can find is SuperHero Squad supplies on eBay for a ridiculous amount of money. Has anyone seen any of these at their local card/party store? I've been calling around with no luck... Any ideas would be much appreciated!!

Don't know about the supplies, but Sam's Club has an AWESOME Spiderman cake/cupcake design. I'd also look at Party City and the Factory Card Outlet. We had a Batman party and I seem to remember there being some Spiderman stuff.
I just looked on e-bay and there are some things on there that have prices that seem to be comparable with what you'd pay at a typical party supply store ($3.79 for plates, $3.99 invitation, $2.99 treatbags) I typed "superhero squad party supplies" and came up with some stuff...here's a link to what I found:

The seller is in Plainfield...you may be able to pick-up and not have to pay shipping????
Good luck and happy birthday to your Superhero lover! :)
You can found superheroes like Spider-Man, Batman, Power Rangers, Marvel Heroes, American Heroes at very low price bu visiting here: http://www.mybirthdaysupplies.com/superheroes.php
I took a look and I think the themes have been discontinued. but if you can, as already suggested, make your own labels and then use solid colors for plates and such taht would match. At Party City, you are more likely to find Spiderman or Superman rather than the team type supplies. When my kids were in pre-k, the girls wanted Dora and my son wanted Spiderman. Well, the supplies come in packs of 8. I needed 14 for the boys and 20 for the girls. I made my own stickers for goody bags and used plain white bags. The computer really comes in handy--and I did not have any special program which would probably have been useful.
When we've had a theme party for something we couldn't find supplies with (try to find a "street sweeper" party, hah), we have created labels using our printer and whatever images we can find/draw (my husband's an artist, but you can find all sorts of stuff online.) So if you really want to have the spiderman and friends logo, you might look for some plain spiderman-type plates and print up the spiderman and friends labels to put on plain cups, and buy red napkins. You can use the same labels to stick on anything - the favor bags, party hats, whatever.
You can also decorate a plastic or paper table cloth the same way. Pick a matching theme color, and just have your kids stick on the labels you make along with other things that go along with your theme - stars or spiders or whatever.
For a game, you could draw a giant spiderweb on a big sheet of paper and use it as your "stick the villain in the web" game. Print pictures of villains and paste them on cardboard pieces - put a loop of tape on the back of each one.
