wired question , but i wanted to know if anyone had any ideas on how to get more sunday paper inserts with out having to buy the whole sunday paper???????
Ask your friends for inserts they don't use? Years ago my girlfriend and I started trading coupons, I would set aside what I didn't use and she'd do the same.
Some newspapers offer special subscriptions for only the weekend addition. Yes, you get the whole paper, but at a very reasonable price.
You could place a "wanted" ad on craigslist for them or do you have a Freecycle group in your area? Check yahoo groups, you can post wanted, offer or taken if your item has been picked up. Everything must be free tho on there. I've offered big things like my entertainment center and have posted a few wants too. People are always willing to help out when they can.
You could ask your neighbors, ask your online friends, ask other parents at your child's school.
I used to have older neighbors that got the Sunday Paper, but never used their inserts. They loved handing them over each Sunday. It gave us a moment to visit also..
I don't know the online address but I have several friends who buy the inserts but really just the coupons online. You can buy as many as you want.
Alot of other people on Baby Center have a coupon train and every week send the coupons they don't want from address to address. Cost 42 cents and you take what you need and then add what you don't need. That helps alot.
