Does she keep hats on? Maybe a large brimmed hat. There are some really cute ones out there right now!
hi there - my daughter gets sunburnt under her eyes even after putting zinc oxide and SPF 55 stick underneath - Does anyone know of anything else I can put there??

Could it be that she wipes it off after putting it on...rubbing her eyes, etc.? She shouldn't get sunburned if you've put stuff there...Watch her next time and make sure her hands stay away from her face for at least 15 mins!
You can try sunshades. We all used it 2 wks ago in Disney and there wasn't one sunburn! :o) It was great!! Not only does it work great - but no harsh chemicals or toxins in them either!
Good luck!

My daughter also gets really bad sunburns. She has very fair skin and takes after my husband. They actually make spf75 for the face now. Which is what we use. Even still two weeks ago she got the worse sunburn of her 11 yr old life. That was with spf 75 applied twice while being out for 4 hrs. So yesterday when we went swimming I made her take a full 30 minute break in the shade. First, I made her towel dry completely then we put on the sunscreen and waited a full 30 minutes. That made a HUGE difference. She still got a little burned but it's not painful and nothing like other times. It may be a little inconvenient to take that long of a break but some kids just don't tolerate the sun as well as others.
You could try letting her swim with sunglasses. I always wear them and I'm starting to look like a raccoon! :) Maybe if she's using goggles, it gets rubbed off as the goggles go on and off?
A floppy hat or a baseball cap.
