Dear moms!
I’m having a TERRIBLE breast pain starting 10 days before my period. I’m almost in tears waiting for my period to come so I can get relief.
I’m looking for a good Ob/gyn who can help me! May be someone has experienced same PMS symptoms and can give me some advices or some good doctor info. I would prefer a doctor in Plano/ Allen area.
I appreciate your help so much!

What can I do next?

I would highly recommend Dr. Murray Fox at Women's Specialists of Plano. They're located by Medical Center Plano. He is absolutely wonderful. He use to be chief of staff at the hospital and was my grandmother's obgyn, is my mother's, my sister's, and mine. (He no longer delivers babies but I saw him up thru like 30 wks and then had one of his partners deliver my daughter) He is well known and respected in his community. He and his nurse Jane are so great and I can't say enough wonderful things about them.

About two years ago I had terrible pain in my breast, I found an answer that worked for me on the internet :) by a medical doctor.... She didn't know why it worked, but it generally does...get iodine from the pharmacy and put it on the nipples and allow to dry and to stay on overnight, after a few nights it did get better and has stayed away. Its a cheap reamady that in my opion worked. I still recommend finding an ob/gyn that wrks for you. Mine had no answersfor me at that time, or I would refer her.
Best wishes to you!!

I like Dr. Brothers at Baylor. I have only seen her once, but she spent a lot of time with me and had several suggestions.
I have never been a big caffine person, but I have cut down to 1 cup a coffee a day and maybe 1 Coke or tea a day. I also cut all sugar from my tea and coffee. I no longer have PMS symtoms. Hope it helps.
