If you're willing to go into Boston, Beth Bechard at Les Amis on Newbury St. is a hair goddess. She charges very reasonably as well. I constantly get compliments on my hair - and no one seems to know that I get highlights: they're really surprised when I tell them (not so with other stylists I've been to).

Dellaria Salon at the Natick Mall does a great job. I go to Maria Perez and she is great.. they will do exactly what you want. Let me know if you need their #

I absolutely LOVE and highly recommend my hair stylist, Denise, at Ardan in Wellesley Center. She is not cheap but she is the only stylist I have ever had who I trust so much that I barely even look while she's coloring and cutting. I have been going to her for about 5 years now, and I get a partial highlight every 7-8 weeks and a cut. Ardan is also a spa that offers laser hair removal and all the other beauty treatments one might need. Good luck!

I just started with Danielle at Ten X Spa in Natick...just off rt 9. She's great! Excellent with color. My hair had been previously done at a very high end salon in Wayland. The lady didn't listen to a word I said and destroyed my hair. Danielle did a great job at fixing it and coloring it to bring out exactly what I was looking for! I highly recommend her!
