My 22 Mon old son has stuffy nose since few days. There are no other symptoms and he's pretty normal during the day. Only at night he gets irritated and snores like a grown up because of congestion. I am using the cold humidifier in the room and plan to get Vicks plug in today. Also using saline spray and aspirator. What else can I do. Are there any OTC medicines that I can give to relieve him and help him sleep at night?
Don't give Benadryl until you talk with the ped. Try saline spray from Little Noses throughout the day. To should help clear up some of the congestion.

My infant son was that way, and the doctor said to make sure he stayed warm at night because when they get cold, their nasal passages can shrink, making breathing more difficult
Might be worth a try to put a little extra layer on at night since he probably kicks off blankets, and see if that helps.

If he's only stuffy without any other symptoms then you don't give him any medications. There's no need. Did it start AFTER you started using the cool mist humidifier? If it did then maybe you should try stopping the humidifier as it could be causing mold.
