If you mean the written learner's permit test, all three of my teenagers took many practice tests online, provided by our state DMV, and all three of them passed.
So maybe google "MO DMV practice tests"?
:)
Is there such a thing as a study guide for a driver's license test? Looking particularly for a guide for the different signs they test you on. I tried google but didn't find anything helpful.

Call your drivers license office and ask them - we have a book here in KS that my boys studied off of before they got their license.
Yes, there is. Drop by your neighborhood DMV and ask for one. Everytime I have to renew my license, I have to do the signs and I always brush up with the book...
The state of Illinois has a booklet called "Rules of the Road" (I think that's what it's called.) for the written test. They have them at the DMV, so if you know you have to take the written test just ask for one, study a bit and you're good to go.
I wouldn't be surprised if Missouri had something similar.
Here we can get a book at the DMV, or go to the Secretary of State and download. I checked the MO site and they do have it. They call it the Driver Guide and it has the signs.

Get it from DMV. Usually they give it to you when you go for a permit.
There's a guide right on line for MO.
