I have been doing Stroller Strides since Sept., yet have talked to moms in the other programs. I think they are all pretty similar. I know that with Stroller Strides, your workout can be as rigorous as you want - everyone does the same exercises but you are offered different levels according to your fitness level (and mood that particular day!). I have loved the program so much that I became a certified instructor and am thinking of buying a franchise (and I wasn't big into exercising before this!). Please email me if you have any other questions regarding the program. Also, I know SS offers the first class free, and I bet the other ones do as well, so feel free to shop around until you find the perfect one before signing up for anything. Hope this helps!

I tried Baby Bootcamp and thought it was a very good workout. I wanted to keep going but my son wouldn't cooperate in his stroller for an hour! The first class is a free trial.

I know this is a little late but StrollerFit!!!!! I love StrollerFit I have been attending for almost 2 years now and it helped me lose 70 pounds (only 25 was baby weight.) There are a bunch of locations and class times, I work out at both Collin Creek and Stonebriar Mall, there are also evening classes. The instructors are great they give different levels so you have the ability to make it a "power mom" workout. My daughter loves StrollerFit, she tells me in the morning it's time to go see her buddies. She learned all her songs and counting, it has been such a great experience. I encourage you to try it, the first class is always free. www.strollerfit.com

I've done both Baby Bootcamp and Stroller Strides. Both are very similar and you can work at your own level. The one thing I enjoy about Stroller Strides (which I'm currently a member of) is every time we stop we sing songs (old McDonald, ABC's, etc.)to entertain the kids.
