Strange Happenings

I'm going to try to get through this without being too graphic. First of all, starting a week before my cycle i get "the symptoms". The swollen, tender breasts, increased back pain, fatigue, breakouts, headaches.... i'm a mess for that week, then my cycle starts. This has been the norm for me since the very begining of my "womanhood experiance". Well, this month, this wasn't the case. I had no warning signs, nothing to indicate that i was going to start, but sure enough, good morning to me, there it was! just out of the blue, and 2 weeks early. It lasted the normal 6 days (norm for me) but it was a very heavy, clotty flow, with very minimal cramping or pain. almost non-exsistant matter of factly. I thought this was extremely odd, considering that i have ALWAYS gone through the week of symptoms first. Well, last week was when it (my cycle) ended, and by the begining of this week, i started to show "the symptoms". I just got off my cycle last week, with no symptoms, now that i am off of it, the symptoms show up. It's as if i'm going to start up my cycle again. This has never happened to me. Does anyone have any idea what may be going on here?

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Just so everyone knows, pregnancy is not the case here! My boyfriend had a visectomy years ago, and we use protection every time. Plus, i have a tilted uterus, which makes getting prgnant even harder. The chances of pregnancy here are less than 1%, but just to be sure, i took a p.g. Test yesterday, with negative results.

Have you had a particularly emotional or stressful week? I know sometimes when I have, my cycle gets a little out of whack. I would definately givethe doctor a call though - just to be on the safe side.

I think you might have had a miscarriage, if possible, or that maybe due to stress, change in diet, exercise or maybe something else you had a weird week of heavy bleeding, but it wasn't enough to stop your regular period symptoms and time of the month. I don't know, maybe if you actually do start it may not be like normal this time. Next month it may go back to normal. If not I'd go to a doctor.

Go to the doctor! It could be a warning sign of something serious, or hopefully just your body changing with age. I wouldn't mess around with it tho, go to the doctor!

I think it would be a good idea to ask your dr. what he/she thinks about it. If something unusual for you happens, it's probably a good idea to check it out.

C. - see a doc! It could be a sign to something more serious. Your body is telling you something. When something is 'wrong', it's a signal to get it checked out. I bet it's nothing serious, maybe hormonal, but don't hesitate to get yourself checked - your daughter depends on you to be healthy.
If you want to stay home with your daughter, check out my website. I used to work full-time as well but couldn't bear to leave my daughter. I'm now working from home, on this computer. It's fun, it's easy, and there is no cash investment! Just time and energy. http://kellyis.stayinhomeandlovinit.com
And above all else ........... See a Doctor ASAP!
