We have the Shark Pro Steam mop, it came with a really big head, a smaller head, an angled head, a duster head and the "carpet glider". We got it at Costco and it cost $80, really good buy, VERY easy to use, I love it!

Eureka EnviroSteamer.

I did a lot of reading before getting mine. I LOVE it. It is easy to use, no fancy schmancy parts. Inexpensive (less than $100). Easy to swap out a kitchen towel for spare cleaning cloth replacements if necessary. And it WORKS. In my reading, I noticed some people complained about the power cords not being long enough (on other steamers). The one on the envirosteamer is plenty long.

I ordered mine ship-to-store from Walmart for like $70. I have also seen them at Best Buy I think.

Yes, they work great for cleaning tile but not the grout. I especially love mine though because the floor dries as you go so you do not have to wait for it to dry. I recommend it for everyday type cleaning but I still use my Oreck Orbitor for scubbing the grout (and tile).

I have a Shark and I got it at Costco.

I have Shark and I love it. I use it even on hardwood floors. Its great. About the streak thing that someone mentioned, I also noticed it at first, but then I started using filtered water in the mop and no more streaks. They say you can use distilled water, but I just used what we use for drinking and not much gets used anyway. Also make sure the tank is not near empty while mopping.

Hey there. I have the Eureka steam mop and it's awesome. I read several reviews about a few of the steam mops (namely The Shark and Eureka) and Eureka seemed to have more positive ratings. It has a longer cord, a deeper water reservoir (I can do my entire downstairs without having to refill it(, it's temp is higher than the others (so it kills more bacteria and germs), it's able to lay completely flat so you can go under tables and chairs, and it costs less. My floors always look sensational and I feel great about not having to use any chemicals.
I also purchased the Eureka electric stick broom and this is useful for quick clean ups of food, etc.
If you have any doubts there is an excellent review of many of the most popular steam mops on Amazon.

I have the Wagner SteamPro and I love it! It has a bunch of attachments so I use it on my floors, walls, shower and it even has an attachment to remove wallpaper (which I haven't tried yet).

It's just a bit big, smaller then a canister vacuum, but not as small as some of the other machines. It does take a lot of water, 6 cups, so it lasts for cleaning the whole house.

I think once you get one, you won't be able to stop cleaning! It's so fun!

We registered for a Shark steam mop for our wedding almost 2 years ago but we didn't get it and when we went to buy it, they were out of them so the lady talked us into getting a Haan and I love it! My SIL has a Shark steamer but she is constantly complaining about it. I am glad we went with the Haan and didn't wait.

I also have ceramic tile in our kitchen and living room and I personally hate it but we rent so whatever. I have a sharp steam mop and love it. It comes with 2-3 washable pads and all you add in it is just water. :)

I have the EnviroSteamer from Eureka also and really like it. The ONLY complaint I have is that it is a bit too tall to get under my cupboards. The cord is a great length, the tank is plenty big to do a good size area (I normally only fill it 1/2), and it really gets the junk up.

it is funny that you posted this today, because yesterday I was cussing out my steam mop. I have a Shark and I LOVED it. It was the perfect "in between" cleaning tool. I have lots of tile with grout and it is not good for that. The heat is rough on the grout and it doesn't get in it enough to clean. But for the purposes of doing a light clean after my kids trash the floor it was wonderful. UNTIL yesterday. Have owned it for about a year and now it appears it is clogged. Heating element works but no steam is coming out. I have no manual so I tried a few suggestions from people online. Not working so far. I am totally bummed and will not go and spend more money on a new one. Haven't looked at your responses yet, but interested to hear if anyone else has the same issue.
