My only advice is to cherish every time that baby latches on to you, and know that eventually, she will transition if you keep trying. I wasn't able to breastfeed any of my boys (although I tried desperately) for longer than a week. They are big and healthy on formula and will grow up just fine, just as your baby will. Give yourself a break from worrying about it and know that you are doing the best you can.

I'd like to encourage you to keep breastfeeding also, but if you want to start to wean I'd start trying different bottles. It's very common for babies that age to start refusing bottles. My son regularly took a bottle of breatsmilk while I was away. Then at 3 months he just stopped. He won't eat more than an ounce from it even if he's starving. My daughter was teh same way. We just bought a Breastflow bottle that we're going to try. I've heard a lot of people had success using the Adiri bottles. You have to buy them online and we're going to try those next.

If this is what you want to do, your baby will do it. Your baby will take what ever you put in her bottle because shes a baby. If shes hungry, she will take anything you give her. My suggestion is to let her get hungry, not just have the bottle for comfort. when shes really hungry, she will drink breast milk, formula, water or anything you give her. Mine tried this and I had to talk to the doctor and i just gave you the same advice he gave me. Good luck hun!
