Any thoughts and suggestions? His are button down dress shirts poly/cotton and the cuffs are grey even after a wash or a wash after a soak in oxy clean. Kiddo doesn't have especially sensitive skin, nonetheless I'd prefer a mild or green product if it will get the job done.

Thanks

I have a very messy 7 yr old and slightly less messy 4 yr old. For those really tough stains, I use Zote soap. It gets even ink marks off. My 16 yr old likes to put his pens and pencils in his pocket and forget about them. I find them when sorting laundry but there are already ink stains . Oxy is my best friend for all the rest. For really bad stuff, I either use oxy with just a bit of water or put directly on the stains (wet clothes and then sprinkle water to make a paste.

Are they white shirts? If so, I would bleach them. Nothing works like bleach.

I use Resolve - there's a spray but recently got the gel stick. It's pretty good. Takes a lot of stains out of my messiest kid's clothes. His cuffs are horrendous. If he has somewhat sensitive skin, just be sure to rinse it well (or run rinse cycle again). That son has eczema and I can use it, so long as I really rinse.

Rub a little Zote (bar soap) on them and work it in with hot water. I would love to spray something on the shirt and toss it in the wash, but that seems to only work in the commercials.

Try doing this in a small wash tub. The water will likely turn so grey, you will grab more white clothes to clean.
