My son went to OCH in Coppell. They are much more aggresive than ECI. In fact, I doubt my son would have even qualified for services with ECI to begin with since his receptive language was on one extreme end of the scale and his expressive was on the other putting him at normal if you averaged the two. I remember the therapist who evaluated him (who had worked for ECI for years) said that at home therapy is good for some, but at home the child is in his kingdom and can get distracted, etc. In the clinical setting, it's easier for them to focus.
My son was in therapy 3x a week and loved it. The staff are extremely experienced and well trained. If you don't like your therapist, you can simply change -- no guilt necessary. We loved our therapist btw and had the opportunity to meet others when our son was first evaluated and while his therapist was out. All of them were great. They involved me in the therapy so I could continue to do things at home. I think this is essential to your child's progress.
When we started with my son, we were told to use more sign language (we only used about 4 signs at the time) when communicating with our son. This was extremely helpful for us and I think helped my son with his speech. Reading books and having them point to things is really good. Try and limit all television too. TV does not help at this age.
I can't think of too much else (too early!!). Good luck with your boys.
