I know the feeling. I have the same allergies and find it difficult to find things to eat. Vitamine Cottage is great if you are in the Denver area. I find Whole Foods expensive and I still read every thing on the label. I know of some cook books but need to find them. I will keep your Question and get back to you when I find it.

There are some great food allergy cookbooks and advice books for parents. Try your local health food store or amazon.com. I love The Whole Foods Allergy Cookbook by Cybele Pascal, she cuts out the 5 major food allergins from all her recipies. Also The Parent's Guide to Food Allergies was really helpful and breaks down different food allergies into different chapters so you can learn about your specific ones. Just know its do-able and take everything one step at a time. Best wishes

National Jewish has a hot line you can call. I haven't used it as we're patients and I just call our nurse, but I hear from others it's very helpful. They have tons of resources! I think the website is www.njc.org I know how overwhelming it is at the beginning, but, really, allergies become just a routine part of life and you don't think about it. You do have to be a diligent label reader as products do change ingredients without warnings for things like soy and egg. I always check everything before I buy. I have started to see egg listed in the allergy information on some packaging. Rarely, I'll find soy.

Get on the internet and there are a ton of yummy allergy free recipes. Not sure the exact websites but I know my friend looked some up and was happy with them. There are also a lot of cookbooks that you can go to the library and check out, copy the recipes.

You should join the allergy board on baby center. My sister's kids are allergic to a ton of things and she gets a lot of recipes and information there.
