Hello! I am wondering if anyone takes their kids to Southdale Peds. We take our son to Metro Peds, at the advice of some friends, including my OBGYN. However, we are feeling rushed when we go in sometimes. Friends who go to Southdale Peds have nothing but great things to say. I'd love to hear what doctors you go to at either Metro Peds or Southdale Peds. We see Dr Stealey at Metro Peds.
I go to metro Peds. There are a few doctors I DONT LIKE! But I have had very good luck with Dr.Clark and Dr. Danielson. Both great, both moms. You should give the clinic one more shot-- Next time ask for Dr. Clark (my fav). She is really soft spoken and I never feel rushed, she listens to my concerns,tickles my son and plays with him.
I love Southdale Peds. We have been going there since my daughter was born and she is almost 5. We see Dr. Mitha and love her, she never rushes us and will even call to check on the kids the next day if they have been sick. We have also seen a number of other doctors there and I haven't ever had a bad experience with any of them. Good Luck!
We've been going to Southdale Peds in Edina for almost 8 years. It's great. Our regular physician is Jason Koch--he's very patient and personable. We've seen many of their docs, though and really like it there. We were just in last night!

I absolutely LOVE Southdale Peds and would recommend anyone to use them! I am a pediatric nurse and work with them both on a professional level and on a personal level as my daughter goes there. I could go on and on about how great they are and how understanding they are of your questions/concerns.....My daughter sees Dr. Lisa Oie but I'd recommend any of the docs. Go and try a few out...you don't have to pick one right away. They work closely with each other so "shop" until you find a specific one that clicks!
I love Southdale peds, we have been going there since my oldest was newborn 51/2 years ago. All 3 see Dr. Skallarud, but we have seen others too and everyone is awesome. I have friends who go there as well, and all feel the same way. My youngest has asthma, my middle needed glasses and ear tubes and all the specialists they have recommended have been top notch. We go to Sdale Peds and just love them. All of the docs there are awesome. I have never felt rushed and always felt like they really do care. They are wonderful with the kids. I highly recommend them.
