Im due on the 29th, but Im 2 cent dialated. I AM EXTREMELY sore!. It gets a bit harder to walk each day just because of the soreness and I can no longer sleep through the night as its so painful to try and turn that I wake up when I need to. I didnt have any of this with my daughter. What are some tips to help with the soreness or things that worked for you. Other than tylenol and hot baths..please share! :)

THank you!

See a Chiropractor! Yes you can do this now even if you never have before. I went a week overdue with my child and sleept and felt great because of this care! I would also recommend prenatal massage. If your interested in someone in your area, just let me know. Good luck and congrats:)

Hi there, As far as soreness when you sleep, try to sleep with a Lg pillow between your knees when you are on your side in bed. I sometimes have a bad time turning side to side when sleeping because of pain in my back. This seem to help me lots. Good luck.Mom of three boys and one girl 8,6,3& 2

I hear ya! I had prenatal massage my whole pregnancy (and Tricare paid for it!!) It's a little late in the game, but if you could afford (I don't think you could get Tricare lined up in time) to get in a couple sessions a week until your baby is born, I bet you would really feel some relief.

Massage and make sure you're getting enough Magnesium/potassium/calcium in your diet. Congrats on your new baby!

Ouch!! I had the same problem when I was pregnant for the last 6 weeks or so. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything to help with the soreness except when the baby changed positions in my 36th week, the pain went away. Hope for a baby shift!!! As far as sleeping, I could not have made it through my pregnancy without my snoogle pregnancy pillow (I think Boppy makes one too). It might help you b/c it's a giant pillow that curls around almost your whole body. Being wedged in like that might not make you feel like you have to turn over in your sleep. Just a thought.. Best of luck to you during the end of your pregnancy and as you welcome your new little one into the world!
