Have fun
Hi!
I wanted to ask if anyone knows of a great snow park that just has sledding for familes. I heard of one up near Placerville Ca. area, but not sure of the name of it. We have been to Soda Springs and Boreal many times now, but it gets so crowded, it's not much fun especially the parking. We are making it a family tradition to the snow on my birthday in February (19th) if anyone wants to send a gift.. JUST KIDDING!! So if anyone has some great ideas I would apreciate it. Thank you!!

Well I don't know about a gift?.(LOL)..but I think the place your looking for to go sledding is Sly Park..or maybe Slyde Park. I have not been there myself but I have heard about it...Hope this is what you were trying to find...Have FUN...and Happy Birthday!!!!!!
There are a few along HWY 50 - near Placerville....then if you go up towards Pollock Pines there is one I think right after that. Then if you go up the road past Strawberry a little bit there is another. I don't like crowds so we drive until we find one that has fewer people! :) Hope you have fun wherever you go!
Hi N.,
We've been to Echo Summit Snow park up I50 and to Cisco Grove up I80. It's been a couple of years since we went, but we prefer Echo Summit --oh, and we also went to a ski park (to play in the snow) that's near it, but I can't remember the name (had clean bathrooms, which was a nice surprise, lol).
Have a great time wherever you go and Happy early Birthday.
:o)
