This is more of something I wanted to let people know. I read this way of eating and I've lost back down to my pre-birth weight and then some. I didn't diet or anything. I read this book that suggests eating carbohydrates in the morning and then carbs with protein and lunch and then pretty much pure protein at dinner. The theory is that you need energy in the morning but as you go through the day you need less and less because you are heading toward bedtime.
I thought it sounded logical so I tried it. I had really bad insomnia, and I haven't had one sleepless night since about five days after I started eating this way. I also lost about five pounds in four weeks. But what keeps me eating this way is the fact I have more energy to play with my baby at the end of the day still and that I can actually sleep. Which looking at the clock I need to go do.
So if you are looking for something different to try, then I suggest this. I saw real results.

Hello-always in need to good ways to increase energy and loose weight. What book is it and who is the author?
A few years ago I read the Skinny Pill Diet, She had the same advice and it seemed to work for me as well. The Skinny Pill Diet is a book and I got it at Barns and Noble, there is also a cook book that you can purchase if you like.
