Hello Everyone,

I just recently order the Slim in 6. Has anyone had any experience with this workout DVD....if so does it really work.....how long did it take to see the results.....or it just a waste of money. It did say it has a money back guarantee...so I think it has to work!!!

What can I do next?

I love slim in 6! (Ramp it up being my favorite) I have tons of exercise DVD's and this is the one I always go back to the most. It is a really fun total body workout. You need to do it faithfully at least 3-4 times a week to see results. Let me know how you like it.....

My experience with workout DVDS is that they are a great complement to a good diet for staying in shape. And, by a good diet, I mean permanent changes and not any of these quick weight loss scams. Any quick loss of weight is very unlikely statistically to last long term. I would also be extremely skeptical about weight loss, in particular since when you exercise you are building muscle which is heavier than fat. What you should notice (if you make the diet changes, as well) is that your close will become looser - that's a much better measure of success than the scale.

It is published by the same company as another (totally butt-kicking) DVD that I've done, P90X. The publisher is Beachbody.com. I don't know about Slim in 6 but P90X is really and truly amazing. I have done it multiple times prior to my triathlon season ramps up (doing it now actually) and I'm always prepared. That publisher does have some really great videos and I've been intruiged to try others.

Good luck.

I just wanted to clarify something a previous poster stated. Muscle does NOT weigh more than fat. A pound of muscle and a pound of fat each weigh A POUND.

I'm sure you knew that already, but not everyone does. Good luck to you with your fitness quest! Happy Birthday, too!!!
