I took my kids skating and I did a 360 in the air and slid for home base. Wrong sport! Well I skinned all the skin of my knee, its bruised, swollen and I can't bend it. I don't think I am any danger because I can walk today. Any advice on a speedy recovery and how to get the color back?

keep it clean and peroxide dail for a week. No bandage. The air will dry it out more quickly. Keep walking and doing your daily thing so the knee doesn't tighten too much. If you baby it, it will stiffen plenty. You're young and should heal in about 10 days. Remember to wear the right safety equipment when trying out these new things. Kids don't have the fear that adults have so they are much looser. Remember that the older we get the more fear we tend to put into things therefore we tighten up....

Feel not to long ago and did a number to one of my knees. Took me 6 months for my knee to return to somewhat normal free movement. I was told stay off it as much as possible, keep the leg and ice packs as well as ibuprofen which is an anti-inflammatory.
Just walk as little as possible the first few days because you have probably bruised the muscles and tendons, as well as jarred the joint itself. If you have good insurance that covers doctor visits you might want to go in just in case. An xray will not show bruising but it will show if there is anything major wrong. Better safe than sorry.

If it was a straight fall, you're probably okay from a ACL/MCL perspective but you might want to get a doctor to look at it just in case.

Otherwise, ice, Motrin and rest.

Injuries from being a weekend warrior suck.
Good luck!
