Try Mary Kay's Acne Treatment Gel. Works for me and everyone I know who has tried it. It's only $7 per tube and lasts a while.
Hope this helps,

I am almost 33 years old and my skin continues to break out. I have tried just about everything and nothing seems to work well. I remember 20 years ago my face breaking out and thinking, well at least when I am grown I won't have this problem. Now, my skin is dry in places and does not have much of a glow anymore. I feel like it looks tired. I am pregnant with my 3rd child and it is worse than ever. Any suggestions on what has worked for you? My goal of course is to have soft smooth skin. Here is a run down of the things I have tried:
All the over counter stuff such as clearasil, neutrogena etc.
Mary Kay- The Time wise line and the Velocity line
Arbonne- although I am not sure what line
Proactive- did not help at all
Dermatologist- did antibiotics and benzol peroxide. The antibiotics help a lot but obviously I can not do that right now.
Birth control pills- several kinds that are suppose to control acne
Microdermabrasion and chemical pills

I am also in my 30s and have adult acne. It sucks!! I have tried most rx stuff out there and it just made my skin irritated. My dermatologist put me on Spirinolactone about 4 months ago and it has been an absolute miracle worker. For 1st tiem EVER I have clear, flawless skin. Yes, it's actually a diuretic but an off label use is for adult acne. I'm a nurse and my dad's a pharmacist and we did a large amount of research about side effects and contraindications. It's pretty safe to use. ....when you are done being pregs and nursing is over. Good luck!
Lisa, like you, I have had acne since my second child was born. I have always had a little bit of adult acne but about the same as most of my friends suffer from. I feel like it's been a little worse since I stopped nursing my daughter 7 months ago! When will the hormones settle down?? Anyway, I unfortunately have no miracle cure for you. I just think it's probably hormonal. Ugh! One thing that has helped....You can try some natural scrubs (like making a scrub/paste from baking soda and water). It's very fine but don't rub too hard, it works very well! Use it every 3 days. I just keep a 65 cent box in my shower. Also, careful with your night moisturizer. I used to use a heavy one. I didn't realize how heavy and clogging it was until I started using something lighter with an alpha-hydroxy acid (I'm pretty sure this is safe with preganancy). btw....when I was pregnant with my son, I had terrible acne. Even on my neck and back. I had never had neck and back acne in my life! Not even as a teen. It's so frustrating, isn't it! I did have microderm when pregnant with him. It helped but I wouldn't say I had flawless skin. I am currently on Ziana. It worked great for a few months. I feel like I'm not responding to it anymore, however. It's not for pregnant women so you'll have to wait if you want to try it.
It could be something in your diet that is not agreeing with you. Try removing some of the food you eat a lot. Dairy, wheat, eggs, breads, sodas etc... Also, maybe get checked out to see if you have an over growth of yeast in your system. It is most likely something going on inside you. There is not a cream in the world that will help with that. Diet will though. Are you getting fish oils and lots of water?
