Yes it will fade. I don't remember how long mine took to fade. Maybe over 6 months but it did fade completely.

The line will fade. Mine took along while (I don't remember how long) but I do know it goes away as your skin replaces it self in the regular way. Hope this helps.

Yes, the line does fade but it takes several months. Mine did not completely fade till about 6 months after I had my son. Congrats on your new baby!

Not to worry, the line is actually caused by hormones. As your hormones return to normal, so will your tummy! I have had five pregnancies, the line faded more quickly for some, and took longr for others. But it will fade, and without any special treatment!

Enjoy your baby! Such a blessing indeed!

It should fade, but some people still keep theirs. Mine has mostly gone away (our baby is 20 weeks).

Hi C.! Congratulations on your new baby! I just had a baby boy 11 weeks ago, and he was 4.5 weeks early. He is my second. With my first, it took a LONG time for the line to go away. But, I've been using Arbonne's NutriMinC Body Serum and Body Lotion on it, and it's fading much faster this time. Just an idea! You can check it out at my website: www.mandyolsen.myarbonne.com.
Good luck with your newborn!
Take care,
M.

Mine did, eventually! It takes some time for all of those pregnancy hormones to leave your body. Give it some time. :)

It is faded but I can still see mine a year after my baby is born. My doctor always told me that by the time you want to get pregnant again, is the time that it will finally go away!!

Yes it will go away. It will fade over time. It may take awhile since you were so pre term. Good luck with your new one. God bless.

Hi C.,

I have a product called DNA repair cream that might do the trick! You have to put it on faithfully everyday - actually twice a day would be best. You can order it off of my web-site: www.gnb.mysynergy.net and go to product and then skin care and then look up DNA repair cream. It helps take away darkness as well as helps with scar repair - it goes deep into the the skin to repair - read about it and see what you think! I cut and pasted from the web-site so you can read about it's superior technology!

DNA Repair Creme is part of the next generation (GEN IV) of technology to use special enzymes and biotechnology to minimize the visible signs of aging, promote vibrant, youthful skin, and restore and revitalize your appearance.

Many factors, such as pollution, sun exposure, and poor diet, can affect skin condition. Your body naturally produces reparative enzymes, but as the body ages, it produces fewer of these protective agents. To support optimal epidermal health, DNA Repair Creme contains the T4 Endonuclease V enzyme. This enzyme is derived through a bio-fermentation process from a certain type of bacterium, and placed in a liposomal delivery system designed to reach areas of the skin where it will have the most beneficial impact. Once released, DNA Repair Creme’s powerful ingredients help unlock the youthful appearance you’ve been missing.

DNA Repair Creme combines in one system the most effective ingredients and most up-to-date technologies. Used as directed, it will help bring back your skin’s youthful tone, appearance, and texture. It is like no other product on the market.
