Has anyone ever used sittercity.com and had a good experience. Looking for someone to watch our children while my husband and i do out for a night. Anyhow, any info is greatly appreciated. Or any advice on looking for someone.

My coworker has used it and has found success with it. Also where we live there is a drop-in childcare called Adventure Kids. Try Care.com also...goodluck!
My college age daughter has found some great nanny families and baby sitting jobs on sittercity. She is great with kids so far it's beem a win-win!

As a home daycare provider, I always use sittercity.com I love that site! Another good one is care.com. Or, if you're looking for a date night sitter, and not a full time sitter, you could even try craigslist! Like I said, I do daycare and advertise on sittercity & care.com, but as a Mom, looking for my night out once in a while...I found my "as needed sitter" on craigslist. I asked for references, and asked for some background on her babysitting experiences. I found my sitter and LOVE her!! I've been using her for a couple of years now!
