My son won't eat, has a runny nose,a fever, and is belching a lot, What is wrong with him?
it could be just a virus or a cold. Make him eat something no matter how little. The belching could be from the gases in his empty stomach.
I had that a couple of weeks ago. Vomitted one time, had low grade fever and belched all day long. It lasted about 2 days.
He could have strep throat...look at the back of his throat..if it is red take him in to get a strep culture. Strep can cause upset stomach...
It's most likely a virus which has to run it's course. No cure for it. Sounds like a cold. His throat may be sore and that's why he's not eating. Be sure to give him fluids in small amounts every hour.
