I don't shop on-line because I can get what I need locally and not too expensive.
We eat pretty basic - meat, veggies. We limit potatoes and rice.
My basics:
Udi's bread - $4.69 loaf. They have hamburger buns and regualar loafs that taste very much like the real thing. I also make bread in my breadmaker, I buy the boxes at the local grocery store for less than $3.
Quinoa pasta - $3.69/box - at local food co-op.
Shirtake tofu noodles - $2/package - woodman's
Nature Valley granola bars - 2/$5 - I stock up at this price, full price isn't bad either. They have 2 gluten free and a protein that appears to be gluten free. I also buy Lara bars at Target - $3.89.
I also buy gluten free bisquick - I can't remember the cost, but not expensive. I used to get that at my local grocery store, but my new one (we moved) doesn't carry it. I'm sure I could get it when I go to Woodman's, but I have some still - we don't use it often, but it's nice to have. Before that, I used Pamela's baking mix - it's expensive though.
