I would love an endless amount of shoes but I don't seem to find the same ones other people seem to be wearing and I'm a bit scared to buy any online since you cannot try them one. Where do you buy your shoes?

I swear by zappos.com. You can send them back if they don't fit. I don't have an issue with buying before trying them on, but on the few occasions when I have had questions, I just called in to Customer Service, and they were very helpful. It's pretty much the only way I buy shoes.

It depends on what they are for. Sneakers, I spend a lot of money and go to a running store. I don't run, but I wear them often and I find running shoes to be the most comfortable. For dress shoes and sandals, I usually end up at Penneys. For "fashion" shoes that I won't wear often or only for a season, I go to Payless.

If you want to buy shoes from a good online company, zappos.com is very good. You get speedy shipping for free and if you don't like the shoes or need to exchange them you just ship them back. They will reimburse you quickly, not like other companies that take weeks and weeks. It does help that I know what brands fit me the best and my size, but I know I can try out a shoe from zappos pretty risk free.

Other online places that have excellent customer service are onlineshoes.com and endless.com. Online shoes often emails out 20.00 off coupons for shoes.

I like Zappos, free shipping and free shipping on returns as well. It IS a little overwhelming, so MANY shoes all in one place! Makes me dizzy with happiness just looking around!!

I have narrow feet and have trouble shopping in everybody else's stores, so I order from Zappo's online. I read the customer reviews to see if the shoes appear to run true to size or not, and order accordingly. If, on receiving the shoes, they are not the right size (or I don't like them), the return procedure is easy and FREE. So it's pretty safe to try out.

Shoes shoes shoes shoes I love my shoes

I buy from DSW. I love the store and the online store. I will look on the website and then see if the shoe I want is available in my local store. If not I order it if it doesn't fit I can return them to the store. They are really nice about it. I'm hard to fit especially for flats. I have ordered 6 pairs of flats and had to return all of them because of the fit. Just make sure you don't wear them outside if you might return them.

Hello!
80% of my shoes are Sketchers and I got those from Amazon and from the Sketchers outlet store at Dysart and VanBeuren. It's a ride out there, but worth it :) I think they are builing another one closer to town....
Happy shopping!

Nordstrom, ShoeDazzle.com, Target... I'll buy them anywhere if I think they're cute! I have big feet, so it's not always easy to find shoes in my size. :(

I actually do tend to shop for shoes online mainly because I can never find shoes at a great price point in stores in my size and that I actually like. I find that Amazon is pretty great but then again I love Amazon for everything.

DSW or Famous Footwear.
My daughter, nicknamed Imelda, has so many pairs she needs another shoe rack, she has two already. They hold 8 to 16 pairs each. Depending how you put them away.
She buys them at Platos Closet, Payless, Target, DSW, Famous Footwear, if they sell shoes she is buying a pair.

Well, unless you have my sized feet you do not want to know where I shop, but if you have "standard" sized feet then you should try Baker (often in a mall), and you should try Macy's, Nordstroms and Kohls.

Hi EJ, Since we are in the desert and its HELL hot in the summer and still hot in the winter, I only wear Crocs. People either love or hate them, and I LOVE them! They are cushiony (is that a word?!) and keep my feet cool. I just went to their store at Arizona Mills Mall and bought 2 pair of Croc flip flops...they are soooo comfortable! Now, anyone that *knows* me, knows that I NEVER pay full price for anything! And I'm sooo cheap! The flip flops were on clearance for $20, which almost made me faint. But I got over it because they are so comfy and I wear them every day. I also have found Croc brand at Big Lots for only $10 but I wear a large size, which is why they are there. So "normal" sizes are harder to find there. So that is my opinion and what I wear. I hope you find something you like! Good luck!
