The organization who put together the Comparative Guide to Nutritional Supplements provided us with the owner of the company and when he spoke in Texas, at the end of his program he had everyone stand up and asked them to just bounce lightly on their tip toes, their arms dangling loosely at our sides...and he said if you have a mini-trampoline at home, do this one it about 20 minutes every day. Our Lymphatic System will be improved because of "zero gravity"....I did it and since October last year I dropped the additional 7 pounds I wanted to drop AND I have maintained my figure since then (through the holidays and an 8-day cruise)....but my tummy and buttocks and hips look FABULOUS....I have sold more mini-trampolines for Academy Sports!!! It really works and others are realizing the same results (of course we MUST eat well, supplement, hydrate....and move our bodies). Blessings, C. W
