i had our second child 8 mths ago. and every since it has been harder for me to orgasim. I was just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue. I dont know if it makes a difference or not but i have had c sections with both.

What can I do next?

I totally understand. It took me a good year after my second to get my rhythm back---keep trying, use lots of lube and hopefully you will get the big O soon.

I definitely had a hard time, especially after my 1st (my c-section baby). It just got worse after the 2nd. I tried, I wanted to mentally, but it just hurt so much. We tried new positions, more playing, gels and creams. Those all worked really well.

I agree with Mari. Try some new things, new positions nothing really ridiculous so you don't feel like your puttin yourself out there but something new that's comfortable or turns you on and see if that will help drive your hormones.

I read some of the other post. I was like you. I also had 2 c sections, and also had problems after the second child and then when my youngest was 1 I had my uterus taken out and then a year after that my left ovary taken out, so my hormones where really messed up, so we started using the his/hers lotions, just let me tell you they are wonderful!! They are alittle pricey but they work wonders...Good Luck and don't let you sex life suffer and its not your fault just remember that.

Your hormones change after birth and it takes awhile to get back to normal completely(if you were or is breastfeeding your body produce prolactin-anti-sex hormone).Consider yourself lucky,if it's just a little harder then before...lol-many women don't have orgazms at all without a little help of modern technology...

I had two c sections and have the same problem. I figure it was age or being tired. I never thought it would have anything to do with my c sections but I am curious to read other responses, maybe I will learn too!
