How about Sewing World on Northwest Highway in Grapevine? I was going to suggest the Singer store on Harry Hines first but Sewing World might be able to help too.
I need a sewing machine repair man I can trust, in the Carrollton/Farmers Branch/Frisco area. I have taken my beloved machine twice to the Singer Sewing Machine repair on Harry Hines twice and paid over $175.00 and it is still not fixede. I have used them in the past several times and been happy, but now I am afraid my machine might be beyond repair. It is a Singer 2010

Well, he's not in the Carrollton/Farmers Branch/Frisco area. He's actually in Garland, but he's been there for a million years. Different members of my family have used him several times and have always been satisfied. Here is his information. I hope this helps! Good luck and God Bless! The Sew & So, 614 W. State Street, Garland, TX 75040, ###-###-####.
My husbands aunt& uncle owns Denton Sewing center. They do a good job.
Call Hancock Fabrics in Lewsiville ###-###-####. They have a sewing machine repair man (Randy)that comes to the store 3 days a week I think it is and works on machines while you shop or what ever.
He's good, honest, and direct. I've used him.
http://maps.google.com/maps?client=firefox-a&rls=org.... Garland has a little shop called Sew & So. The gentleman that owns the shop services many models. The link should get you all the information so you can call and see if he can help. I know it's 20 minutes from Carrollton, but 190 makes it an easy drive.
There is a man who does repairs in Downtown Garland Square. I've had my singer worked on by him and his prices were very reasonable. I haven't had a need for repair in over 10 yrs but when I used him his prices were very reasonable. I still hear good things about his service. The shop name is Sew & So on State Street. Sorry I do not have the number or his name but he has been in Downtown Garland for a longtime. FYI there is a Bernina Sewing Machine Shop too but not the place I'm speaking about. Since you sew you can enjoy a browse thru Suzy's Quilt Shop, she has loads of materials!!!! Hope this helps you.
I'm not sure if it would be too far for you, but I have always taken my machine to Sewing World of Grapevine. They have always done a great job for me. Good luck!
