An acquaintence of mine did that. I don't recall that she ever lost weight on it. Have you tried yoga? It would probably help painful knees and feet AND the difficulty sleeping.
Has anyone tried Sensa? Did you get good results? I am currently on WW and have lost some weight, but would like an extra boost to relieve some of my excess weight oriented health issues (painful knees and feet, difficulty sleeping).
Just would like feedback before I spend the money.
Thanks.

I tried it, and it seemed to do ok, but I stopped because my son wanted to eat off my plate EVERYTIME I used it.
Hi K.,
I have not tried their product but I know that they use prepackaged food. I'm assuming it's the type of foods in combination with each other that help it to work. They say that you don't change your eating habits or your activity level (exercise) and you still lose weight. My husband did that five years ago because I decided he was going to get healthy. He had dieted and dieted over and over again and lost weight and always gained it back with a vengeance. I started him on an absorbable multivitamin/mineral complex and he dropped 60 pounds in six months, no diet and no activity change. Granted he was never a pig and never a couch potato but the weight just would come off. When we started the vitamin it started dropping off.
I truly believe that if the body gets the nutrition it needs, it absorbs into the blood stream where it can get to where it does it's good, then your weight will balance out to where it is supposed to be. I recommended the vitamin to his best friend, he lost 50 pounds. I recommended it to my sister-in-law, she lost 15. I told a friend I met online that was 15 pounds underweight and she put on 10 pounds. Nutrition balances. It puts us where our bodies are supposed to be.
Toxicities keep your weight on because it keeps the nutrition from being absorbed, even if you are eating right or dieting. These vitamins were and are guaranteed to absorb. He feels great and has not gained any weight back in five years.
My two cents.

If it worked as well as they claim, everyone would buy it and it would be on the cover of every newspaper and magazine. It's just the latest fad diet thing that companies can sell to desperate people. I'm sure some people lose weight while using Sensa, but people used to lose weight just eating grapefruit or using diet pills. Spend your money on exercise classes instead - they'll help you build up muscle so that you burn more calories all the time.
i did the 30 day free trial, KNOWING it would reportedly take 60 days to show any results. i didn't keep it b/c it was gonna be $90! hell no! :)
i was excited about it & used it on everything, but just like someone else said, my son always wanted a bite when i'd sprinkled it on my food, so that didn't work well. plus...when i would run in to get something to eat, i'd just take my wallet, then i'd forget i needed the sensa & wld go back out to the car to get it...and i finally just said to heck w/it. it's easy, but too much trouble for me - lol. :) i serve elderly/disabled clients, and one of my elderly, heavy clients told me she used it. the next quarter i saw her i could tell she'd trimmed down quite a bit (she's the reason i bought it). she said she did lose weight but plateaued (sp) & couldn't lose anymore. she was unable to exercise due to being wheelchair bound. anyway, perhaps it would've worked for me if woulda kept it the full 60 days, but i just couldn't spend $90 not knowing for sure! :)
