I have been living in Glendora for approximately 2 years and have been looking for play groups for my 3 year old daughter, as well as meeting new people myself. I work full time. She doesn't get a chance to meet many kids. I have her enrolled in Little Gym on Saturday mornings but the parents there don't seem to be interested in getting together outside of there. She is a very out-going little girl. If anyone knows of a playgroup for working moms please let me know.

I live in Collignswood and am active in a local playgroup through yahoo it is southjerseyplaygroup. I have a 4 year old daughter and am hom during the day. I used to live in Glendora until about a year ago. My daughter attends Christian Day PReschool in Collingswood and loves it. We pay 110 a month for her to go Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 8:45-11:30. You can also leave them there longer if need be either permanently or from time to time. IF you ever want to get together let me know.
i don't know of any playgroups but maybe you can put her in a preschool for a couple of half days a week or check with your local libary they usually have free story time with play for that age..
Hi. I live in Stratford (a couple of towns over from you). I have also tried places like Little Gym and Gymboree and found the same thing as you-parents just aren't interested in getting together outside of the group. My son made some friends at his sitters house but they are all about a year or so younger than him. He is also 3 years old. I actually was just looking into preschool programs for him this morning hoping that he will meet more children his own age and, in turn, we will meet more people from the area.
